Meet Linda Weems

Built on more than two decades in the field

As a third-generation foster parent, serving youth and families has been part of my life for more than 25 years — and I continue to maintain a foster care license in my home today.

In 1998, I opened a licensed childcare program in Tukwila, Washington. From there, I expanded into therapeutic foster care, and in 2015 opened a licensed residential treatment program in Clark County, Washington, where I continue to serve youth today.

Over the years, I've developed the policies, procedures, compliance systems, staffing structures, and operational frameworks required to successfully operate licensed youth programs — and built Weems Operations to help other leaders do the same.
